  1. I’ve dealt with anxiety/depression on and off since I was young. But God is faithful even in the midst of these feelings. Scripture and prayer helps me for lighter episodes. Accountability partners for heavier. I started a medication about 4 months ago and one of its side effects is depression. Those episodes can be very heavy. But I recognize the source and the artificial reality of the depression weight/thoughts. Much like being caught in a sandstorm, I sort of hunker down and cover up until it’s over. This too shall pass.
